Our Staff
Our TTN family has clients ranging in age from 16-81 and we work with all body types and injury levels.  So no need
to be intimidated when you walk through our doors.  No matter what your fitness needs are, we offer a program that
will help you to improve strength, flexibility, and confidence. With a variety of personal training options--customized
nutrition programs, indoor and outdoor workouts, and a range of affordable plans for quality training and
guidance--there is no excuse to put off your happiness any longer.

TTN began with a small group of dedicated clients and a few great friends, two medicine balls, three exercise tubes,
and a Bosu Ball in the small workout room of our townhouse community.  We quickly realized that we were going to
need more space so our first official studio space was in the gym at The Avalon. Our wonderful clients kept spreading
the word about our great training atmosphere and the results they were achieving, which made our TTN family
outgrow this space as well.  So, we moved to our current location off SW Macadam, five years ago and have been
there ever since.  And, those initial clients are still with us all these years later!

In the seven years since we have started with a great dream, we have grown to add a fantastic group of professionals
to our Network, many outdoor adventures like
The Pacific Crest Sports Festival, and local running and biking events
around the Portland area. We also work with many charities and non-profit groups throughout the year, but we
regularly partner with the
Portland Rescue Mission,  Sunshine Pantry, and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure  as
these organizations are so actively a part of our lives (as well as near and dear to our hearts). We strive to be an active
part of the Portland community everyday and a resource to all who walk through our doors for a healthy and
fulfilling life.
